Board Meeting with Richard Keck of NATS

Richard Keck, of North American Traffic Seminars (NATS), informed us last week that his board voted to dissolve their organization. Richard and NATS would like to meet the board to make a proposal that we collaborate on continuing some of the NATS work. That might entail a donation of a portion of NATS assets to the FCBC. Please join this important meeting to hear what Richard proposes and to participate in the discussion. After the discussion, the board will either continue the item to a future meeting or vote on the proposal at the meeting.
